Day + 1 - Now We Wait

BLESS Maddy's heart ... she is struggling with the pain but doing good, she just wants it to work for Mia and said it was worth it. Maddy checked in with Kyleigh the NP  ... her hemoglobin did drop a bit, so she needs to rest and EAT big meals to build back up her blood supply and marrow. We did bring her up in a wheel chair to see Mia before her and dad started to head home.

Day + 1  … Now we wait. We really had a CELL-ebration yesterday 🥳🎈🎁 I still can’t believe how brave my sister Maddy is … my prayer request for her is to heal quickly & get all the rest she needs to regain all the cells she donated to me 💕 she is my angel & personal superhero! We both had kind of a rough morning, but are doing better now. We are getting a lot of questions as to what’s next, so we posted some info from Be The Match that explains a little about the process. I have today (Friyay) & tomorrow off, like rest days. Day + 3 & + 4 I will be getting (Cy) chemo … and that will bring my counts down to basically nothing. So my prayer request is for my cells to grow & engraft 💕🙏🏼
